Please note: We have a strict return/exchange/refund policy. As we uphold high health standards we choose to not resell any item that has been in the possession of any person(s) other than our own warehouse ensuring that every customer is receiving a brand new item.
Returns/exchange/refunds are not accepted for 'change of mind' or ‘wrong sizing’ therefore we request that prior to placing your order please take note of the detailed size & measurements provided in each item description - if provided. If the item measurements are not outlined and you are unsure on a size please contact us directly before placing an order to avoid any disappointment of wrong sizing.
The colours of garments may appear slightly different in images due to different lighting and editing. Please ask for original photo's if you are not certain on the colouring. We can not exchange or refund due to a colour appearing a slightly different shade to the image.
Due to the nature of our store we do not accept any returns or refunds on items (toothpaste, toothbrushes, cups etc)
We also do not offer refunds or returns on vintage / preloved items, If an item has any minor flaws or imperfections it will be noted in the description.
Buying any vintage or preloved pieces are at own risk and due to their nature we believe all our vintage and preloved items have lived many lives, each owner can add to its history, uniqueness and quirkiness of the piece.
In the rare case of a return, return shipping is at the buyers expense.
If an item is faulty or the incorrect item has been provided please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org a credit note or exchange will be provided within 1-2 weeks of receiving your return package, however it is likely that this will happen sooner.
